This is caused by mold and woodrot in the crawl space which deteriorate wood frames floor boards and wooden supports. The cause of these may be the same or may be different. When your floor joists start to bend downwards due to pressure and weight of the overlying material your floor will start sagging.

How much you pay will depend on whats causing the floor to sag type of flooring concrete hardwood etc and how many square feet of floor is involved.
